Some of the prefixes are different because you're either adding a "un" , "in", "il", "im" , "ir" or "dis' which gives the word a completely different meaning. You put the prefixes in front of the word which is the root meanwhile the word is the base.

2.- They all have the same sounds which is voiceless and when you say the sounds in the end they have the "s" and "z' sounds.
